For more than 38 years, Tim has worked in the utility industry, serving in a variety of roles ranging from journeyman lineman to supervising crews and overseeing projects. He has also served as a pastor for nearly 39 years. Tim’s love for the outdoors began at an early age when his father introduced him to hunting. Along the way, he developed a deep appreciation for the land, conservation, and responsible land stewardship. Tim and his wife previously owned a farm in Illinois, where they raised cattle and horses. That firsthand experience gives Tim a unique understanding of farm, recreational, hunting, and rural properties.
