Tim Baker

Tim Baker brings a lifetime of hard work, service, and a genuine appreciation for land and family to his career in real estate. He and his wife have been married for nearly 40 years and are blessed with four children and eight grandchildren. Family is at the heart of Tim’s life, and he understands the importance of finding a property that can become a special place for generations to enjoy.

For more than 38 years, Tim has worked in the utility industry, serving in a variety of roles ranging from journeyman lineman to supervising crews and overseeing projects. He has also served as a pastor for nearly 39 years. These experiences have taught Tim the value of listening carefully, understanding people’s needs, developing a plan, and working hard to see it through.

Tim’s love for the outdoors began at an early age when his father introduced him to hunting. Along the way, he developed a deep appreciation for the land, conservation, and responsible land stewardship. Tim and his wife previously owned a farm in Illinois, where they raised cattle and horses. That firsthand experience gives Tim a unique understanding of farm, recreational, hunting, and rural properties.

Whether a client is searching for a hunting property, working farm, livestock operation, or simply a piece of land where their family can make memories, Tim enjoys helping people find a property that fits their goals.

Tim also has firsthand residential experience, having built and sold several homes over the years. He understands that real estate means different things at different stages of life—whether it’s finding the perfect home to raise a family, beginning a new chapter in retirement, or purchasing property as an investment.

Above all, Tim is committed to working hard, treating people with respect, and helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals. Whether buying or selling, his goal is to make the experience as smooth, enjoyable, and rewarding as possible.

If you’re ready to buy or sell, Tim would welcome the opportunity to sit down, listen to your needs, and help you take the next step.
