John Palmer is a Missouri native who grew up in Sikeston and has deep roots in the surrounding communities. From an early age, he developed a strong appreciation for the outdoors through hunting and fishing, experiences that taught him the value of patience, responsibility, and taking care of the land. John earned his bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University and has been a Certified General Appraiser Trainee since 2023, with his certification nearing completion. This hands-on appraisal experience gives him a strong understanding of property values, market conditions, and what to look for beyond the surface, allowing him to better guide clients through informed decisions.
