Bryan is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with deep roots in Southeast Missouri and decades of experience in land, agricultural, and commercial property valuation. Raised in Sikeston, Missouri, Bryan developed an early appreciation for land stewardship, agriculture, and the outdoors—values that continue to shape his professional approach today.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University, Bryan returned home to operate the family automobile business until its sale in 2006, while also overseeing the family’s farming operations. This hands-on business and agricultural background provide him with a practical, real-world understanding of land values and rural markets.
Bryan is the owner and operator of Palmer Land Services LLC, an appraisal firm specializing in agricultural and commercial appraisals. His work is known for accuracy, integrity, and a deep knowledge of local and regional markets.
He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for 30 years and have raised three children in Southeast Missouri. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing hunting, fishing, and other outdoor recreational activities.
