Born and raised in Ste. Genevieve County, Houston's connection to the land began long before his real estate career. Growing up hunting, fishing, and farming developed a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors and a passion for understanding what makes a piece of property valuable.
Houston enjoys land improvement projects and recognizing the potential in a property-whether that means improving wildlife habitat and hunting opportunities, enhancing a farm, managing timber, or developing land for its highest and best use. He has firsthand experience with multiple timber harvest projects across the Midwest, along with habitat, farm, and land development projects. That experience allows him to help clients look beyond what a property is today and recognize what it could become.
